Our current banner exposure system will remain exclusive which means that all exposures will be manually handled as before.
This
type of system has guaranteed us to have a limit on the amount of
banners being displayed which ensured that everyone would get wonderful
results.
The problem is that, even though we get more and more
users everyday (thus more impressions for the banners), we also are
getting more and more banner requests.
Although we try to delay
exposures so that it fits in our limit, it's getting harder to do so
due to the amount being requested everyday.
A simple solution
has been found that, not only will guarantee all exposure requests to
be accepted, but also will give users a higher percentage of
impressions.
The solution is to join the exposure of the "View
advertisements" page and the Forum pages as one. Previously users had
to choose one or the other.
Our price was still the same for more than 2 years even though impressions per banner have increased throughout this time.
To
maintain our commitment and also our status on having the best
price/quality ratio in the market, and even though we've now almost
duplicated the impressions by joining the two pages, no pricing changes
will occur at this point. This means you'll get twice the impressions
for the same price.
This change is immediate as of now and all
running banners are now benefiting from it. All new banner requests
will also be joined in both pages.
In short: More impressions at the same price.
